  • How do I add games to the collection list?

    On the All games tab, select the game you want to add.
    Now tap on the 'Tap to add game' button and select whether you have the Cart/Disc, Manual and/or Box.
    From now on this game will appear on the Collection tab.


    How can I remove specific games from the app (i.e. PAL or NTSC games)

    Games can't really be removed (except for custom games) but we included a way to exclude them from the app so that you don't see them any longer.
    First of all you will have to create a list that includes all of the games you want to exclude.
    To do so, select one of the games you wish to exclude and tap on the 'Lists' button.
    From here create (tap on the + icon) and/or select the list to add this game to, repeat this for all the games you want to exclude.
    Go to the More tab and select settings, choose the exclude option from here.
    Now select the list you want to exclude (the one you just created), set it to 'Enabled' and tap 'Save'
    From now on the games will be hidden from the app.


    How long does it take for items to sync?

    If both devices are connected to a reliable internet connection, changes made on one device should be pushed to the other one in one minute or less.


    What is synced?

    Our apps will sync everything except custom added boxart and local settings (such as the settings for excluding games).
    Lists, games and their values will all be synced.


    How can I reset my password?

    You can reset your password from the account reset page.


    I just upgraded and now the All games list is showing 0 games

    Go to the More tab and tap on Settings.
    Now select Maintenance on the bottom and tap on Perform DB Maintenance.
    Confirm the warning message.
    Once this is done, restart your device and start the app again.


    No covers are shown in the app

    Go to the More tab and tap on Settings.
    Now select Maintenance on the bottom and tap on Reset Resources.
    Confirm the warning message.
    Once this is done, you will be taken back to the overview. The covers will be downloaded again once you select the console.
    Note: This will also remove any custom added covers, collection data will not be affected


    How can I see my collection online?

    You can login on the My.PureGaming.org website.
    This will bring you to the control panel for your account, a link to your collection is shown on the top.
